智慧医养结合机构信息化过程中存在的主要问题及对策

摘　　要：随着我国人口老龄化进程的不断深入,如何基于“互联网+”不断完善医养结合智慧养老机构,提升医养结合养老服务品质,成为现行机构养老行业亟待解决的课题之一。文章以浙江省湖州市S医养中心为例,通过对该机构信息化建设过程的追踪调研、员工问卷调查以及患者意向调研,深入分析智慧医养结合机构在信息化过程中存在的主要问题,并提出相应建议。With the deepening of the population aging process in China, how to continuously improve the“ integrated elderly care and medical services ” smart elderly care institutions based on “Internet +” and improve the elderly care service quality of “integrated elderly care and medical services ”has become one of the urgent issues to be resolved in the current institutional elderly care industry.This article takes the S Medical and Healthcare Center in Huzhou, Zhejiang Province, as an example.Through the follow-up survey of the institution’s informatization construction process, employee questionnaire survey and patient intention survey, deeply analyze the main problems existing in the informatization process of intelligent medical and nursing institutions, and put forward corresponding suggestions.
