藏文厘定与使用规范研究

摘　　要：文章采用藏文文献的第一手材料和藏语文规范演变的逻辑规律,提出藏文至少有过四次厘定和四次规范的观点,对传统教法史记载的三次厘定的观点进行了新的判断和认识。四次厘定分别为:公元7世纪吐蕃赞普松赞干布(执政时期629-650)完成第一次厘定;公元8世纪赞普赤松德赞(执政时期718-785)完成第二次厘定:公元814年吐蕃赞普赤德松赞完成第三次厘定;公元11世纪赞普后裔阿里王拉喇嘛益西沃与大译师仁钦桑布时期(约996-1019间)完成了第四次厘定。四次规范分别为:公元13世纪藏语言文字学家的海量藏文文法理论专著推进了第一次的语言文字的规范;公元14世纪开始不同教法著书立说,通过藏文木刻版本,快速大量的印刷自己门派的观点,推进了第二次语言文字的规范;新中国成立后,国家相关宪法法律推进了第三次语言文字的规范;20世纪中后期至今的藏文铅字、电子印刷业推进了第四次语言文字的规范。This is article first of all testifies the common believed theory of conducting three times of the legal standardization of the written Tibetan recorded in the Buddhist history.Based on the first hand material and the logical development of the Tibetan,your authors suggest that the written Tibetan has received at least four times of legal standardization far in the past and three times in the later times,namely,the first standardization occurred when Sambhoda created the written Tibetan and translated the Buddhist texts into Tibetan,the second standardization happened during the Trisong Detsen was on the throne in 8th century,the third came in the time period of Trade Sontsen in the 9th century,during the time period of Lha Lama Yesheoi and great translator Rinchen Sangpo in 1lth century came the fourth standardization.Besides the early standardization of the written Tibetan,four more time occurred in the later time,which are the development of literary works in the 13th century pushed forward a standardization the written Tibetan,the development of different schools of Buddhism and printing skills accelerated a standardization of the written Tibetan,after the establishment of the new China,the new rules an regulations facilitated a standardization of the written Tibetan,since the mid of 20th century the the Tibetan lead printing and electronic printing industry promoted the standardization ofthe written Tibetan.
