摘  要:当前的激光器驱动电路故障修复方法无法获取故障特征矢量,导致故障特征混乱,能量消耗较高,故障修复效率偏低。为解决上述问题,提出基于能量划分的驱动电路开路故障自修复方法。小波分解开路故障信号,提取不同频段的能量指数、功率谱熵、奇异谱熵构成多特征参变量矩阵,通过主成分分析标准化处理特征参变量矩阵,将矩阵中多特征融合信息作为驱动电路开路故障特征矢量,实现故障特征提取。在贝叶斯网络中代入多属性值和模糊集合理论,计算贝叶斯网络条件分布概率,利用能量探测函数得到节点能量剩余状况,组建节点能量衰减的测量函数来划分故障节点,实现开路故障自修复。仿真结果表明,所提方法对不同类型的开路故障均具备较强的修复能力,修复速率较快,为半导体激光器的应用提供可靠依据。The traditional fault repair method of laser drive circuit results in chaotic fault characteristics, high energy consumption and low fault repair efficiency due to the lack of fault feature vector. The self-repair method of open circuit fault of driving circuit based on energy division is studied in this paper. The open circuit fault signal was decomposed by wavelet to extract the energy index, power spectrum entropy and singular spectrum entropy of different frequency bands for forming a multi-characteristic parameter matrix. Based on principal component analysis, the characteristic parameter matrix was standardized. The multi-feature fusion information in the matrix was applied as the feature vector of the open circuit fault of the driving circuit to extract the fault features. In Bayesian networks, multi-attribute values and fuzzy set theory were loaded to calculate the conditional distribution probability of Bayesian networks. The energy detection function was utilized to obtain the residual energy of nodes and establish the measurement function of node energy attenuation in order to divide the fault nodes, self-repairing the open circuit fault. The simulation results show that this method has excellent repair ability and fast repair rate, being beneficial to the application in the field of semiconductor lasers.
