摘 要:气相色谱-质谱联用仪结合了高分离能力及高灵敏度,在微量稀有气体分析中具有广泛应用。利用气质联用技术分析了含有Ne、Ar、Kr、Xe等混合气体的样品,并通过指定参考方法得到了验证。与单一色谱法相比,气质联用法呈现出更高的效率及抗干扰能力。Ne、Ar、Kr、Xe的检测限分别为1.2×10^(-5)(V/V)、2.3×10^(-7)(V/V)、3.9×10^(-8)(V/V)、2.3×10^(-8)(V/V)。该气质联用技术具有更高的精度及灵敏度,可用于反应堆尾气监测和环境监测等。Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),which combines powerful separation ability and high sensitivity,has found broad applications in sensitive analysis of noble gas.A method is reported for the simultaneous determination of the mixture containing neon,argon,krypton,xenon by GC-MS systems.The method was validated with measurements of four noble gases in the certified reference materials(CRMs).Compared with a single GC detectors,GC-MS achieved high efficiency and tolerance of interference.The detection limits were 1.2×10^(-5)(V/V)for neon,2.3×10^(-7)(V/V)for argon,3.9×10^(-8)(V/V)for krypton,2.3×10^(-8)(V/V)for xenon respectively.With the proposed method,the GC-MS system has higher precision and sensitivity,which is essential for exhaust gas detection of reactor and environmental assessment.
