古田会议对科学化建党的探索及其时代启示

摘　　要：建党问题,不只是党组织内部建设,也是人民群众和人民军队的党性塑造过程。古田会议构建了系统性、整体性的建党内容,科学阐明党的建设既需要根据实际以思想建党为关键,并统一推进组织、制度、纪律、作风建设;还需要厚植群众和军队根基,通过对群众的马克思主义宣传教育和党对红军的绝对领导过程来深化。育民、建军是与建党过程相一致的。从古田会议开始形成的在具体历史环境下推进党的建设的优良传统,不仅塑造了全党与时俱进自我革命的党建基因,而且也为新时代伟大工程建设提供了深刻启示。The problem of Party construction is not only the internal construction of the Party organization,but also the process of shaping the Party spirit of the people and the people’s army.The Gutian Conference has constructed a systematic and integrated content of Party construction,which scientifically clarifies that the Party construction needs to take ideological Party construction as the key according to reality,and promote it in the dialectical unity with the construction of organization,system,discipline and style.It is also necessary to deepen the foundation of the masses and the army through Marxist publicity and education for the masses and the Party’s absolute leadership over the Red Army.Educating the people and constructing the army are consistent with the process of constructing the Party.The fine tradition of promoting Party construction in the specific historical environment not only shapes the Party construction gene of keeping pace with the times and self-revolution,but also provides profound inspiration for the construction of the great project in the new era.
