摘　　要：地方本科高校文科实验室的建设存在底子薄、经费紧、重视不够、经验不足等问题,面对“新文科”的建设要求,要创新理念和思路。要以OBE理念做好新文科实验室建设顶层设计,就应以学生发展为中心,构建教与学、学与做的一致性实验教学体系,以服务有效教学;重构实验环境和重塑实验教学管理队伍,因地制宜,整合资源,科学规划,建设具有地方特色的综合性、跨学科、开放的智慧型实验室,打造“能文能武”的实验教学管理队伍。The construction of liberal arts laboratories in local universities has such problems as weak foundation,tight funding,insufficient attention,and lack of experience.Facing the construction requirements of“new liberal arts”,it is necessary to innovate concepts and ideas.This paper tries to explore the top-level design of the new liberal arts laboratory construction based on the OBE concept,and takes student development as the center to build a consistent experimental teaching system of teaching and learning as well as learning and doing,to serve effective teaching to reconstruct the experimental environment and reshape the experimental teaching team,according to local conditions,integrate resources,plan scientifically,in order to build a comprehensive,interdisciplinary,and open intelligent laboratory with local characteristics,and create an experimental teaching team capable of“literary and martial arts”.
