摘 要:由于矿山提升机主电机长期运行造成零部件磨损,引发电机主轴径向产生微量跳动,从而使电机非传动端的测速编码器反馈至变流器的转速值与电机实际转速之间存在偏差。针对该问题,采用了一种新的测速反馈装置,利用双十字轴万向节来联接电机非传动端与编码器,以此实现变流器对电机转速的精准控制。Due to the wear of parts caused by the long-term operation of the main motor of the mine hoist,there is a slight runout in the radial direction of the main shaft of the motor,which causes a deviation between the speed feedback value from the speed measuring encoder at the non-drive end of the motor to the converter and the actual speed of the motor.Aiming at the problem,a new speed measuring feedback device was used to connect the non-drive end of the motor with the encoder using double cross shaft universal joint to achieve accurate control of the motor speed by the converter.
