三七通舒胶囊联合依达拉奉治疗急性缺血性脑卒中临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨三七通舒胶囊联合依达拉奉治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效与安全性。方法采用随机数字表法分组的方法,共纳入160例患者,试验组和对照组分别有79例和77例患者完成6个月随访。比较三七通舒胶囊联合依达拉奉治疗(试验组)和单用依达拉奉治疗(对照组)急性缺血性脑卒中患者1个月、3个月和6个月时神经功能的恢复情况,并评价治疗相关不良反应。结果治疗1个月时,试验组患者CSS评分、NIHSS评分以及BI得分与对照组相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月和6个月时,CSS评分、NIHSS评分以及BI得分均较对照组显著改善(P<0.05)。试验组与对照组患者治疗过程中均未发生严重的药物相关不良反应。结论三七通舒胶囊联合依达拉奉治疗急性缺血性脑卒中与单用依达拉奉相比可获得更好疗效且安全性良好。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Sanqi Tongshu combined with edaravone on patients with acute ischemic cerebral stroke.Methods By a randomized method,the difference on the recovery of neural function and drug related adverse effect between patients receiving Sanqi Tongshu combined with edaravone(treatment group)and patients receiving edaravone alone(control group)to treat acute ischemic cerebral stroke at 1,3 and 6 months of followed-up was compared.Results A total of 160 patients were included,and 79cases and 77 cases in the treatment group and the control group,respectively,completed the 6-month followed-up.After 1 month of treatment,the CSS score,NIHSS score and BI score of the experimental group were similar to those of the control group,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 3 and 6 months of treatment,CSS score,NIHSS score and BI score were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).No serious drug-related adverse reactions occurred in the experimental group and control group during treatment.Conclusion Sanqi Tongshu combined with edaravone is more effective for treating patients with acute ischemic cerebral stroke than edaravone alone with good safety.
