摘　　要：参加水产品中氟喹诺酮类药物残留检测能力的验证,采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪测定水产品中氟喹诺酮类药物的残留含量。结果显示,洛美沙星(LOM)和培氟沙星(PEF)未检出,而诺氟沙星(NOR)的回收率为115%,氧氟沙星(OFL)的回收率为84%,此次能力验证判定结果为合格。To participate in the proficiency testing of fluoroquinolones residues in aquatic products,ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometer was used to determine the residual content of fluoroquinolones in aquatic products.The results showed that lomefloxacin(LOM)and pefloxacin(PEF)were not detected,while norfloxacin(NOR)recovery was 115%and ofloxacin(OFL)recovery was 84%.The result of this proficiency testing is qualified.
