摘　　要：肠梗阻主要临床症状表现为恶心、呕吐、腹胀、腹痛、无排气排便,可直接影响患者胃肠功能恢复。西医治疗以禁食、纠正水电解质紊乱、抗感染、灌肠及胃肠减压等保守治疗,其治疗过程中常转化为完全性肠梗阻而转需手术。文章介绍于西医保守治疗下予针灸结合中药治疗1例脑出血血肿清除术后不完全性肠梗阻,患者临床症状改善明显,胃肠功能得以较快恢复。The main clinical symptoms of intestinal obstruction are nausea,vomiting,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,and no exhaust defecation,which can directly affect the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients.Western medicine treatment is based on conservative treatment such as fasting,correcting water-electrolyte disorders,anti-infection,enema and gastrointestinal decompression.In the course of treatment,it is often converted to complete intestinal obstruction and needs surgery.This paper introduces a case of incomplete intestinal obstruction after hematoma evacuation of cerebral hemorrhage treated by acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine under the conservative treatment of Western medicine.The clinical symptoms of the patient improved significantly and the gastrointestinal function recovered quickly.
