双环形切口保乳手术治疗乳腺癌的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究乳腺癌患者应用双环形切口保乳手术治疗的效果。方法100例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,依据治疗方式不同分为实验组与对照组,各50例。对照组采用传统保乳手术治疗,实验组采用双环形切口保乳手术治疗。比较两组手术临床指标、肿物切除情况、术后并发症发生情况及患者对切口美观的满意度。结果实验组手术时间(131.32±18.82)min、住院时间(6.32±1.25)d短于对照组的(203.55±38.69)min、(8.14±2.26)d,失血量(208.60±29.13)ml少于对照组的(308.26±39.15)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组肿物切除直径(2.32±0.85)cm、组织切除量(72.13±18.22)cm^(3)、切除组织量占比(27.65±8.42)%大于对照组的(1.75±0.42)cm、(51.53±11.14)cm^(3)、切除组织量占比(18.31±3.42)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组患者对切口美观的满意度98%高于对照组的80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌患者的手术治疗中,双环形切口保乳手术相较于传统保乳手术可切除更多的肿瘤组织,降低手术创伤度,且不会增加术后并发症风险,还可改善切口的美观度,提高患者满意度,促进医患和谐,因此应用价值高,可进行推广。Objective To investigate the effect of breast-conserving surgery with double circular incision for the treatment of breast cancer.Methods A total of 100 cases of breast cancer patients were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into experimental group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated by conventional breast-conserving surgery,while the experimental group was treated by breast-conserving surgery with double circular incision.The surgical clinical indicators,tumor resection,postoperative complications,and patients’satisfaction with the aesthetic appearance of the incision were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time(131.32±18.82)min and the hospital stay(6.32±1.25)d in the experimental group were shorter than(203.55±38.69)min and(8.14±2.26)d in the control group;the blood loss(208.60±29.13)ml in the experimental group was less than(308.26±39.15)ml in the control group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the tumor resection diameter was(2.32±0.85)cm,the tumor resection was(72.13±18.22)cm^(3),and the proportion of the tumor resection was(27.65±8.42)%,which were greater than(1.75±0.42)cm,(51.53±11.14)cm^(3),(18.31±3.42)%in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The patients’satisfaction with the aesthetic appearance of the incision in the experimental group was 98%,which was higher than 80%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the surgical treatment of breast cancer patients,compared with the conventional breastconserving surgery,breast-conserving surgery with double circular incision can remove more tumor tissue,reduce the degree of surgical trauma,without increasing the risk of postoperative complications,and can
