全瓷高嵌体在后牙根管治疗后牙体修复中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察全瓷高嵌体在后牙根管治疗后牙体修复中的效果。方法56例接受后牙根管治疗的牙体缺损患者,按抽签分组法分为对照组和实验组,各28例。对照组行常规全冠修复,实验组行全瓷高嵌体修复。比较两组患者修复效果、并发症发生率及修复前后咀嚼功能、口腔健康评分。结果实验组修复优良率96.43%高于对照组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。修复前,两组咀嚼功能、口腔健康评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);修复后,实验组咀嚼功能(91.20±4.56)%、口腔健康评分(85.55±6.08)分高于对照组的(85.55±4.83)%、(81.11±6.22)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组并发症发生率0低于对照组的14.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论后牙根管治疗后牙体修复中应用全瓷高嵌体可提高修复效果,改善患者咀嚼功能及口腔健康,减少并发症发生。Objective To observe the effect of all-ceramic onlays in the restoration of posterior teeth after root canal therapy.Methods A total of 56 patients with tooth defect who received posterior root canal treatment were divided into control group and experimental group by lottery grouping method,with 28 cases in each group.The control group underwent conventional full crown restoration,while the experimental group underwent all-ceramic onlay restoration.The restoration effect,incidence of complications,masticatory function and oral health score before and after restoration were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of restoration 96.43%in the experimental group was higher than 78.57%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before restoration,there was no statistically significant difference in chewing function and oral health score between the two groups(P>0.05).After restoration,the masticatory function(91.20±4.56)%and oral health score(85.55±6.08)points of the experimental group were higher than(85.55±4.83)%and(81.11±6.22)points of the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications 14.29%in the experimental group was lower than 0 in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of all-ceramic onlays in the restoration of posterior teeth after root canal therapy can enhance the restoration effect,improve the patient's chewing function and oral health,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
