太极柔力球教学中传统文化的传承

摘　　要：根据党中央国务院办公厅颁布的《关于全面加强和改进新时代学校体育工作的意见》要求,为普及中华传统体育运动的需要,该文通过查阅文献资料,运用分析总结的方法,从柔力球运动的起源说起,指出了柔力球运动蕴含的中国传统文化:柔文化、圆文化、退文化、整文化、符号文化。分析了从事柔力球运动有利于传承和发扬传统文化的意义,指出在柔力球教学中既要传授技术,又要注重传承和发扬传统文化,并就如何在授课中传承和发扬传统文化给出了一些教学建议。According to the requirements put forward by the General Office of the State Council of the CPC Central Committee in<The Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education in the New Era>,for the needs of the popularization of Chinese traditional sports,this paper points out the Chinese traditional culture contained in the soft ball game:"softness"culture,"roundness"culture,"retreat"culture,"integrity"culture,and"symbol"culture.It analyzes on the significance of engaging in the softball movement in favor of inheriting and carrying forward the traditional culture,points out that in the teaching of softball,we should not only impart technology,but also pay attention to inheriting and carrying forward the traditional culture,and gives some teaching suggestions on how to inherit and carry forward the traditional culture in the teaching.
