摘　　要：该文就运动人体科学及健康教育的有机融合进行讨论,在对二者含义及其融合意义加以了解的同时,明确推动二者有效融合的方法,并对提高二者融合效果的措施进行深入探讨和描述,希望能够为相关工作的开展提供一定的参考,进一步提高二者融合的科学性和有效性,以此来推动相关教学活动的改革和优化,满足学校的人才培养目标。The article discusses the organic integration of sports human science and health education. At the same time of understanding the meaning of the two and their integration significance, we should clarify the methods to promote the effective integration of the two, and deeply discuss and describe the measures to improve the integration effect of the two, hoping to provide some reference for the development of relevant work, further improve the scientificity and effectiveness of the integration of the two, so as to promote the reform and optimization of relevant teaching activities,and meet the talent training objectives of the school.
