日本青少年体育治理的经验与启示——基于对“箱根驿传”接力赛的分析

摘　　要：2022年1月,在日本举办的“箱根驿传”接力赛上,其大学生选手展现出极高水平的竞技能力,体现出日本极高的青少年体育竞技水平与强大的青少年体育运动基础。日本政府颁布了众多契合日本青少年体育发展需求的政策与计划,并不断健全青少年体育治理体系,促进了日本青少年体育的快速发展。该文对“箱根驿传”接力赛中所反映出的日本青少年体育特点与日本政府的治理经验进行深度分析,并从中得出启示,为我国青少年体育治理总结部分经验,以期对我国青少年体育相关政策的研究制定提供参考。In January 2022, in the "Hakone Ekiden" Relay Race held in Japan, its college students showed a high level of competitive ability, reflecting the strong competitive level of youth sports in Japan and the foundation of youth sports.The Japanese government has promulgated many policies and plans that meet the needs of Japanese youth sports development, and has continuously improved the governance system of youth sports, which has promoted the rapid development of Japanese youth sports. This paper makes a deep analysis of the characteristics of Japanese youth sports reflected in the "Hakone Ekiden" Relay Race and the governance experience of the Japanese government, and draws inspiration from it, so as to summarize some experience for the governance of Chinese youth sports, and provide reference for the research and formulation of policies related to Chinese youth sports.
