摘 要:该文从东西方文化传播的角度,采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、对比分析法、半结构访谈法,探析瑜伽从古至今发展过程中,饮食异化的原因及特点。首先将收集到的信息进行逻辑分析和对比,然后采用访谈法进一步证明:在印度,瑜伽饮食因自身思想进步及西方文化的影响而变得更灵活和注重身体健康;在西方,瑜伽饮食因实用主义和科学精神的影响而变得更大众化、科学化、实用化;在中国,瑜伽饮食因自身包容性而形成吸收了各国优点的中国化的瑜伽饮食特点。该研究对增加我国瑜伽领域研究成果以及促进大众正确认识瑜伽饮食,从而合理规划个人膳食习惯具有一定的理论和现实意义。From the perspective of the dissemination of Eastern and Western culture, this paper analyzes the causes and characteristics of diet dissimilation in the development process of yoga from ancient times to the present by using the method of literature, logical analysis, comparative analysis and semi-structured interview. First, the collected information is logically analyzed and compared, and then the interview method is used to further prove that: Yoga diet in India is more flexible and pays attention to health due to its own ideological progress and the influence of western culture;In the West, due to the influence of pragmatism and scientific spirit, it has become more popular, scientific and practical;In China, due to its inclusiveness, it has formed a Chinese style yoga diet that absorbs the advantages of other countries.This research has a certain theoretical and practical significance for increasing the research results in the field of yoga in China and promoting the public to correctly understand yoga diet, so as to reasonably plan personal dietary habits.
