少儿跆拳道品势与武术套路的现状对比与实施路径研究

摘　　要：随着少儿跆拳道在我国的迅速发展,我国传统武术套路在少儿群体中也逐渐萌发了生机。该文通过文献资料、逻辑推理、对比分析等方法,对少儿跆拳道品势与武术套路的现状与实施路径进行了系统研究。研究通过对比二者之间的发展现状及差异,认为开展少儿武术套路应根据少儿身心规律有针对性地进行,应突出武术套路的实用性特点,不断优化少儿武术套路实战训练和竞赛的规则,完善少儿武术套路段位制,改变传统武术套路运营方式,以促进少儿武术套路的不断健康发展。With the rapid development of children’s taekwondo in China, traditional Chinese Wushu routines have gradually sprung up among children. This paper systematically studies the status quo and implementation path of children’s taekwondo and Wushu routines by means of literature, logical reasoning, and comparative analysis.The research believes that, by comparing the development status and differences between the two, it is concluded that the development of children’s Wushu routines should be targeted according to the physical and mental laws of children, should highlight the practical characteristics of Wushu routines, constantly optimize the rules of practical training and competition of children’s Wushu routines, improve the segment system of children’s Wushu routines,change the operation mode of traditional Wushu routines, etc., in order to promote the continuous and healthy development of children’s Wushu routines.
