复杂巷道单轨吊辅助运输系统应用研究

摘　　要：针对天祝煤业公司工作面底板隆起、巷道起伏过多、不宜采用小绞车运输而选用适用性更强的防爆柴油机单轨吊运输的情况,从机车选型、轨道铺设和运输效益三方面对单轨吊辅助运输系统在连续大坡度巷道中的应用展开研究。结果表明,采用单轨吊辅助运输对提高煤矿辅助运输安全性、降低工人劳动强度、减少井下工作人员数量、降低运输成本起到了积极作用,符合煤炭行业机械化换人、自动化减人的发展方向。In view of the situation that the floor of the working face of Tianzhu coal industry company heaves and the roadway fluctuates too much, it is not suitable to use small winch for transportation, so chooses explosion-proof diesel engine monorail crane with stronger applicability for transportation, from the locomotive type selection, track laying and the transportation efficiency, researched on the application of monorail auxiliary transportation system in continuous large slope roadway. The results show that the auxiliary monorail transportation plays a positive role to improve the mine auxiliary transportation safety, reduce the staff labor intensity, decrease the underground mine workers number and lower transport costs, which is in line with the mechanized substitution, automatic personnel reduction coal industry development direction.
