摘　　要：在新工科背景下,如何提升“食品法规与标准”课程的教学效果、提高学生学习的积极性已成为迫切任务。从新工科背景下对课程体系的要求、目前教学存在的问题、模块化教学改革等多方面探索课程模块化教学改革措施,以期提高学生学习的主观能动性,取得良好教学效果。Under the background of new engineering,how to improve the teaching effect of Food Regulations and Standards and students'learning enthusiasm have become an urgent task.In order to improve students'subjective initiative in learning and achieve good teaching effect,this paper explored the reform measures of modular teaching in terms of the requirements of curriculum system,the existing problems in teaching and modular teaching reform,etc.under the background of new engineering.
