摘  要:针对车身制造过程中三坐标自动化工艺路径规划问题,提出基于智能化算法的三坐标动态碰撞检测算法。该算法对车身进行三角面片化,将三坐标的测头、测针、接长杆进行层次包围盒化等处理,实现对三坐标运动轨迹所占空间的建模,并且针对碰撞检测算法中存在的“隧道效应”导致的计算效率低和准确性不足问题,提出基于OBB包围盒和GJK碰撞检测相结合的分级碰撞检测算法。仿真结果表明,该算法具有较高的实时性和准确性,为汽车行业数字化工艺路径自动开发提供了新的理论依据。Aiming at the problem of three-dimensional automatic process path planning in the body manufacturing process,a three-dimensional dynamic collision detection algorithm based on intelligent algorithm is proposed. The algorithm triangulates the car body,and processes the three-dimensional probe,probe and extension rod into hierarchical bounding boxes,so as to realize the modeling of the space occupied by the three-dimensional motion trajectory. In view of the low computational efficiency and insufficient accuracy caused by the "tunnel effect" in the collision detection algorithm,a hierarchical collision detection algorithm based on the combination of OBB bounding box and GJK collision detection is proposed. The simulation results show that the algorithm has high real-time and accuracy,and provides a new theoretical basis for the automatic development of digital process path in the automotive industry.
