高校维修改造项目质量提升管理研究

摘　　要：高校基础设施、校园环境整治等维修改造是学校后勤保障服务的重要一环。随着中央、地方等各级财政对高校改善基本办学条件专项经费的投入不断增加,维修改造项目越来越多,但工程质量却参差不齐,工程建设质量越来越成为中央巡视、审计和社会关注的焦点。如何有效地提高维修改造项目建设质量,为高校教学科研工作做好后勤保障,成为了当前项目管理工作的重中之重。从高校维修改造项目实际出发,分析不足,给予建议,促进质量提升。The repair and renovation of university infrastructure and campus environment improvement is an important part of logistics support services.With the continuous increase in the investment of special funds from the central and local governments to improve the basic school conditions of universities,there are more and more repair and renovation projects,but the quality of these projects is uneven,the quality of engineering construction has increasingly become the focus of central inspections,audits and social concerns.How to effectively improve the construction quality of repair and renovation projects and provide logistical support for the teaching and scientific research work in universities has become the top priority of current work.This article starts from the actual situation of the repair and renovation projects in universities,analyzes the deficiencies,gives suggestions,to promote the improvement of quality.
