摘 要:针对市场需求存在不确定性,企业难以确定联合采购所节约成本(收益)的分配,基于合作博弈分析联合采购的合作收益分配问题,通过将模糊数及其λ截集引入合作博弈,提出模糊支付合作博弈τ值进行需求不确定环境下各采购局中人的分配收益;首先,对需求不确定联合采购的本质进行分析。其次,通过介绍经典合作博弈τ值、模糊数及其λ截集概念,构建相应的模糊支付合作博弈τ值模型,提出收益为模糊数的联合采购收益分配方案,进而通过公理化体系证明模糊支付合作博弈τ值的性质。最后,通过医药联合采购问题案例应用分析与三种方法对比,证明了提出模型与方法的有效性与实用性。Due to the uncertainty of market demand, it is difficult for enterprises(players) to determine the specific saving cost(profit) of joint procurement. This paper analyzes the profit allocation of joint procurement with uncertain demand from the perspective of cooperative game. In this paper, by introducing the fuzzy number and its λ cut set into the cooperative game, the fuzzy payment cooperative game τ value is proposed to distribute the income of each procurement bureau under the uncertain demand environment. Firstly, the essence of joint procurement with uncertain demand is analyzed.Secondly, by introducing the concepts of classical cooperative game τ value, fuzzy number and its λ cut set, the corresponding fuzzy payment cooperative game τ value model is constructed, and the joint procurement income distribution scheme with fuzzy number is proposed. Then, the nature of fuzzy payment cooperative game τ value is proved by axiomatic system.Finally, the validity and practicability of the proposed model and method are proved by the application analysis of the medical joint procurement problem cases and the comparison of the three methods.
