以“德才兼备”为指引的刑法学教学改革研究——以课程思政建设为契机

摘　　要：对于刑法学教学改革,“德才兼备”要求刑法学专业人才既具备应对刑事法治风险变化的专业能力,又具有传承刑事法治建设精髓的道德素养。塑造“德才兼备”的刑法学专业人才,不仅有助于在理论层面把握与解决刑法理论争议,而且有助于在实践层面厘清和弥补刑法规制不足。刑法学学科的内涵发展、外延发展以及协调发展均需要“德才兼备”的专业人才。为了实现“德才兼备”的目标,应当以课程思政为契机建构刑法学教学新范式。As for the reform of criminal law teaching,“both moral and talent”requires that the criminal law professionals not only have the professional ability to deal with the changes in the risk of criminal rule of law,but also have the moral quality to inherit the essence of the construction of criminal rule of law.To mold the criminal law professionals with“both moral and talent”is not only helpful to grasp and solve the theoretical disputes of criminal law,but also helpful to clarify and remedy the inadequacy of criminal law regulations in practice.The connotation development,extension development and coordination development of criminal law discipline need the professionals with“both moral and talent”.In order to achieve the goal of“both moral and talent”,we should take the opportunity of ideological and political education in curriculum to construct a new paradigm of criminal law teaching.
