摘　　要：分析了铝合金中空副车架的低压铸造工艺性,并从铸型分模方向、砂芯芯头设计、浇注系统、冷却系统、排气系统和加热系统等方面介绍了模具结构的设计要点。通过实际生产验证,应用该模具成型可以提高大型薄壁铸件的品质和生产合格率。The low-pressure casting technology of aluminum alloy hollow subframe was analyzed,and the key points of mould structure design were introduced from mould parting direction,sand core head design,gating system,cooling system,exhaust system,and heating system.Through practical production verification,the mould design could improve the quality and production pass rate of large thin-wall castings.
