摘  要:针对市场上现有的智能马桶存在冲洗定位不准确的问题,设计出一款伸缩杆智能可控的智能马桶。该设计首次提出:将安装在伸缩杆上的热释电红外阵列传感器作为主传感器,通过STM32单片机读取传感器返回的二维矩阵数据表,根据温度越高红外辐射越强、热释电红外阵列传感器返回数值越大的原理,来判断确定人体肛门的位置;由单片机控制产生合适的PWM波信号来控制电机的精确伸缩,以实现其自动定位清洁,同时具有精准判断使用者如厕状态等功能。该设备工作性能稳定高效、结构简单、成本可控。In view of the problem of inaccurate flushing location of existing smart toilets on the market,the de‐sign proposes a smart toilet with intelligent and controllable telescopic rods.It presents for the first time that the pyro‐electric infrared array sensor installed on the telescopic rod is used as the main sensor,and the two-dimensional matrix data table returned by the sensor is read by the STM32 microcontroller,and according to the principle that the higher the temperature,the stronger the infrared radiation and the greater the value returned by the pyroelectric infrared array sensor,the position of the human anus can be determined.The microcontroller control generates a suitable PWM wave signal to realize the functions like controlling the motor to accurately retract and contract to achieve automatic position‐ing cleaning,and accurately judging the user's toilet status.The design is stable and efficient,and the structure is sim‐ple and cost-controllable.
