摘 要:流式细胞术是目前生命科学、医药研究以及临床诊断中最常用的技术手段之一。为了让实验教学紧跟科学研究及临床诊断的实际需求,同时增加学生在实验教学过程中的思考性和参与度,课题组将流式细胞术分析小鼠脾脏原代分离的淋巴细胞引入细胞生物学实验教学,实验中设置大量开放性思考问题,涵盖分离细胞的方法、抗体的选择、实验结果的分析等,尽量在各个环节给予学生独立思考的空间。经过教学检验,学生的知识得到了强化,技能得到了提升,科研兴趣得以调动。后续实习证明,实验教学对实际应用有极大帮助。Flow cytometry is one of the most common techniques in life science,medical research,and clinical diagnosis.In order to meet the needs of scientific research and clinical diagnosis,flow cytometry(FCM)analysis of primary lymphocyte isolated from mouse spleen was introduced into cell biology experimental teaching and the students were encouraged to actively participate in experimental teaching.A large number of open-ended questions were raised,allowing students to think independently in different stages of the experiment,and the questions include choosing the method of cell separation,selecting antibodies,and analyzing experimental results.In terms of learning effect,the students’knowledge and skills have been strengthened,and their interests in scientific research have been improved.It is proved that the new teaching method is of great help to the students’internship in laboratories and medical institutions.
