摘 要:在大学社交礼仪课程中加强优秀传统文化的融入,能够继承弘扬中华优秀传统文化,提升大学生综合素养水平,从而达到育人的目的。在这一过程中,高校应结合育人实际,以社会主义核心价值观为指导方向,始终坚持主体性、方向性、创新性等原则。在制度层面上,健全传统优秀文化的融合协调机制,完善家校共育机制;在内容层面上,立足中华优秀传统文化,深入挖掘其中蕴含的道德依据与文化底蕴,使其与社交礼仪规则相融合,激发大学生的礼仪文化认同感与文化自信;在实践层面上,积极设计、开展贴近现实生活、情境感较强的社交礼仪培训与活动,与时俱进地不断将优秀传统文化融入课堂教学、融入立德树人的高校人才培养体系中。Strengthening the integration of excellent traditional culture in college social etiquette courses can inherit and carry forward the excellent Chinese traditional culture, improve the comprehensive quality of college students, and achieve the goal of educating people. In this process, colleges and universities should combine the reality of education, take the socialist core values as the guiding direction, and always adhere to the principles of subjectivity, directionality, and innovation. On the system level, improve the integration and coordination mechanism of traditional excellent culture, and improve the mechanism of family school education. On the content level, based on the excellent Chinese traditional culture, we should deeply explore the moral basis and cultural details contained therein, integrate them with the rules of social etiquette, and stimulate college students’ cultural identity and cultural self-confidence. On the practical level, it is suggested to actively design and carry out social etiquette training and activities that are close to real life and have a strong sense of context, and keep pace with the times to integrate excellent traditional culture into classroom teaching, and into the college talent training system of morality and talents education.
