从脾肾相关理论论治老年功能性便秘

摘　　要：脾肾相关理论是中医藏象学说基础理论之一,二者不仅在生理功能上相辅相成,且在病理传变互相影响。脾肾相关理论的重要性体现在老年功能性便秘病程发展的始终,脾肾不足是直接导致人衰老的根本原因,同时也是诱发老年人便秘的主要因素。老年功能性便秘是“脾气亏虚,升降失衡”及“肾气不足,魄门不畅”的传变过程,因此治疗以升阳举陷、益气养阴、润肠通便为纲,方选升阳固本汤化裁。The correlation between spleen and kidney is one of the theories of traditional Chinese medicine viscera theory,and they not only complement each other in physiological functions,but also influence each other in pathological changes.The theory of spleen and kidney is embodied in the development of functional constipation in the elderly.The insufficiency of spleen and kidney is not only the fundamental cause of aging,but also the main factor of inducing constipation in the elderly.Functional constipation in the elderly is a process of transformation of“deficiency of spleen qi,imbalance of ascending and descending”and“insufficiency of kidney qi and obstruction of the anus”.Therefore,the treatment of functional constipation in the elderly should focus on ascending yang and lifting depression,moistening intestines and relaxing bowels,and the“Shengyang Guben decoction”should be adopted.
