产前超声检查对胎儿完全型胼胝体发育不全及合并畸形的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨产前超声诊断完全型胎儿胼胝体发育不全及合并畸形的诊断价值。方法选取在我院接受产前超声诊断的47例完全型胼胝体发育不全的胎儿作为观察对象,将超声检查、磁共振检查结果与随访结果的准确性进行对照,观察其合并畸形类型及数目。结果47例胎儿中单纯完全型胼胝体发育不全36例,CACC合并其他畸形11例:合并蛛网膜囊肿3例,Dandy-Walker畸形2例,皮层神经元移位2例,小脑发育不良1例,室管膜下囊肿1例,脑实质出血1例,脑膜膨出1例,心脏畸形1例,体蒂异常1例,颜面部畸形1例(其中3例合并两种畸形)。结论产前超声诊断完全型胼胝体发育不全及其合并其他畸形有重要的临床价值。Objective To investigate the clinical value of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of complete fetal agenesis of corpus callosum and its associated malformations.Methods 47 cases of fetal complete agenesis of corpus callosum diagnosed by prenatal ultrasound in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The accuracy of ultrasound,MRI results and follow-up results were compared,and the type and number of malformations were observed.Results Among the 47 fetuses,36 cases were simple complete agenesis of corpus callosum,11 cases were complicated with malformation,3 cases were complicated with arachnoid cyst,2 cases with Dandy Walker malformation,2 cases with cortical neuron displacement,1 case with cerebellar dysplasia,1 case with subependymal cyst,1 case with cerebral parenchymal hemorrhage,1 case with meningocele,1 case with heart malformation,1 case with body pedicle abnormality,and 1 case with facial malformation.Conclusion The prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of complete agenesis of corpus callosum and its malformations has important clinical value.
