巴洛克音乐疗法对脑卒中后认知障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨巴洛克音乐疗法对脑卒中后认知障碍的临床效果。方法:选择2019年1月至2019年12月期间我院认知专科门诊就诊及神经内科病房住院的70例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为3组,其中A组23例,接受常规认知障碍康复疗法,B组23例,接受常规认知障碍康复疗法+普通音乐疗法,C组24例,接受常规认知障碍康复疗法+巴洛克音乐疗法。采用简易精神状态量表(MMSE)、日常生活能力评定量表(ADL)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对干预前后患者的认知功能、生活能力和抑郁状况进行测量。结果:干预后,C组患者的MMSE评分和ADL评分显著高于A组和B组(P<0.05),HAMD得分显著低于A组和B组(P<0.05)。结论:认知障碍康复疗法联合巴洛克音乐疗法可以提升患者的认知功能,提高其日常生活能力,减轻其抑郁情绪,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Baroque music therapy on cognitive impairment after stroke.Methods:A total of 70 stroke patients who were admitted to the cognitive outpatient department and the neurology ward of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into 3 groups,of which 23 patients in group A received conventional cognitive impairment rehabilitation therapy,23 patients in group B received conventional cognitive impairment rehabilitation therapy plus conventional music therapy,and 24 patients in group C received conventional cognitive impairment rehabilitation therapy plus Baroque music therapy.Cognitive function,living ability and depression were measured by MMSE,ADL and HAMD before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,The scores of MMSE and ADL in group C were significantly higher than those in groups A and B(P<0.05),and the scores of HAMD were significantly lower than those in groups A and B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive impairment rehabilitation therapy combined with Baroque music therapy can improve the cognitive function of patients,improve their ability of daily living,relieve their depression,worthy of clinical promotion.
