HR-HPV、TCT联合电子阴道镜下宫颈活检在宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌诊断中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的 分析高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)、液基细胞学检查(TCT)+电子阴道镜下宫颈活检对宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌诊断的价值。方法 选取25例疑似宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌患者为研究对象,根据观察检查结果不同将其分为对照组与试验组。对照组进行观察HR-HPV、TCT检查结果,试验组进行观察在HR-HPV、TCT基础上联合电子阴道镜下宫颈活检结果。对比两组诊断的准确率、敏感性与特异性。结果 试验组准确率84.0%、敏感性95.2%均高于对照组的68.0%、88.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组特异性比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 相比HRHPV+TCT诊断,联合电子阴道镜下宫颈活检诊断效果更佳。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV), liquid based cytology(TCT) and electronic colposcopic cervical biopsy in the diagnosis of cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer. Methods 25patients with suspected precancerous lesions of cervical cancer and cervical cancer were selected as the research objects, and were divided into control group and experimental group according to different observation and examination results. The results of HRHPV and TCT examination were observed in the control group, and the cervical biopsy results were observed in the experimental group based on HR-HPV and TCT combined with electronic colposcopy. The diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of the two groups were compared. Results The accuracy of 84.0% and sensitivity of 95.2% in the observation group were higher than 68.0% and 88.2% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in specificity between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with the diagnosis of HR-HPV+TCT, cervical biopsy combined with electronic colposcopy was more effective.
