摘　　要：文章分析了八钢冷轧热镀锌钢板生产过程中发生锌层脱落的原因,提出了解决措施及预防措施,改进措施实施后,锌层脱落是质量问题得到了有效控制。This paper analyzes the causes of zinc layer shedding in the production process of cold-rolled hot-dip galvanized steel sheet in Bayi Steel,and puts forward the solutions and preventive measures.After the improvement measures are implemented,the quality problem of zinc layer shedding is effectively controlled.
