摘　　要：随着我国新能源汽车保有量的不断增加,其所蕴含的碳资产规模也随之扩大。新能源汽车碳资产包含配额碳资产、信用碳资产两种,涵盖生产端、产品端和使用端。目前,新能源汽车使用阶段碳资产的开发和应用已进行初步探索。与出行减排量核算相关的方法主要包括CDM方法学、温室气体自愿减排方法学、地方碳普惠方法学以及团体标准。吉利、比亚迪、蔚来等均已开展相应的应用探索。未来,新能源汽车出行碳资产可能的应用场景主要有企业自愿碳中和、纳入国家核证自愿减排量、纳入地方碳普惠以及与现有新能源汽车产业政策衔接等方面。随着国家“双碳”目标的不断落实,新能源汽车碳资产将得到进一步开发应用。With the rapid growth of ownership of new energy vehicles in China,the total amount of potential carbon asset generated by new energy vehicles is huge.Carbon asset of new energy vehicles includes quota carbon asset and credit carbon asset,covering the production stage,product stage and user end.The current methods mainly include CDM methodology,greenhouse gas voluntary emission reduction methodology,local carbon inclusive methodology and group standards.In the future,the possible application scenarios of carbon assets for new energy vehicle travel mainly include the voluntary carbon neutralization by enterprises,the inclusion of national certified voluntary emission reductions and local carbon benefits,and the connection with existing new energy vehicle industry policies.
