摘 要:为了探讨饲粮中添加α-亚麻酸对母羊发情周期内生殖激素的影响,试验将体重相近、体况良好的2~3岁蒙古羊20只随机分为2组,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加3%α-亚麻酸。试验期为50 d,其中预试期5 d、正试期45 d。在预试期5 d后给每只母羊肌内注射1 mL氯前列腺烯醇(PG),隔8 d再注射PG1 mL,6 d后给每只羊安装阴道栓,11 d后撤阴道栓并肌内注射孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)400 IU。每组随机选取6只母羊,在撤栓前1天及发情周期第1,10,20天采血,分离血清,并用放射免疫分析法测定血清雌激素(E)、孕酮(P)、黄体素(LH)和促卵泡素(FSH)含量。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,母羊血清E、P、LH和FSH含量在撤栓前1天及发情周期第1,10,20天的4个时间点均显著提高(P<0.05)。(2)在发情周期内,母羊血清E含量在发情初期最高(P<0.05),P含量在发情周期第10天左右进入高位(P<0.05),血清LH和FSH含量也是发情初期高、而后进入下降态势(P<0.05)。说明饲粮α-亚麻酸能够促进母羊繁殖相关激素的分泌。In order to investigate the effect of level of dietary α-linolenic acid supplementation on reproductive hormones of ewes during estrus cycle, 20 Mongolian sheep aged 2-3, with similar weight and good body condition, were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group were fed with basic diet, and the experimental group were fed with 3% α-linolenic acid supplementation in the diet. The trial period was 50 d, including 5 d of pre-trial period and 45 d of ongoing trial period. After 5 d of pre-feeding, each ewe was injected with 1 mL of cloprostenol(PG) intramuscularly, and 8 d later, injected with 1 mL of PG. Six days later, each sheep was inserted with a vaginal suppository, and 11 d later, the vaginal suppository was removed and 400 IU pregnant horse serum gonadotropin(PMSG) was injected intramuscularly. Blood samples of six ewes randomly chosen in each group were collected at the day before the day of suppository removal and at the day 1, 10, 20 of the estrus cycle. Serum estrogen(E), progesterone(P), luteinizing hormones(LH) and follicle-stimulating hormones(FSH) were measured by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that:(1) Compared with the control group, the contents of serum E, P, LH and FSH in the experimental group were significantly increased at the day before the day of removing the vaginal suppository and at 4 check-points at the day 1, 10, 20 of the estrous cycle(P<0.05).(2) During the estrus cycle, the content of serum Ewas the highest at the beginning days of estrus(P<0.05), and the content of setum P was the highest at the day 10 of the estrus cycle, and the contents of serum LH and FSH increased from the 10 th d of estrus cycle to a higher level(P<0.05), and then decreased(P<0.05) in the experimental group. It could be concluded that the dietary α-linolenic acid supplementation could promote the secretion of reproductive hormones in ewes during the estrus cycle.
