目标期望与实现匹配效应如何影响联盟稳定——对中国高技术产业联盟的考察

摘　　要：高新技术产业联盟不仅是企业进行资源交换、知识交流进而提升企业创新产出的有效途径,同时也是国家实施开放式创新、实现产业转型升级的主要方式。然而实践中高新技术产业联盟的创新成果产出较低,联盟运行不稳定,如何提升技术产业联盟的稳定性,促进联盟成果高效转化,提高国家开放式创新水平已经成为理论界和实践界亟待解决的重要议题。本研究利用56个产业技术联盟中318个高新技术企业样本,探究了联盟目标期望与联盟目标实现的匹配效应对联盟稳定性的影响机制,联盟沟通的中介作用以及联盟运行风险和联盟运行规范的调节作用。研究结果发现:(1)联盟目标期望水平与联盟目标实现水平越一致,联盟沟通越频繁;(2)在一致情况下,与“低—低”一致相比,在“高联盟目标期望—高联盟目标实现”情境下,联盟沟通越频繁;(3)联盟沟通在联盟目标期望和联盟目标实现一致性与联盟稳定性间起部分中介作用;(4)利益冲突风险在联盟目标期望和联盟目标实现一致性与联盟沟通间起负向调节作用,联盟运行规范在联盟目标期望和联盟目标实现一致性与联盟沟通间起正向调节作用。理论上,本研究厘清了联盟目标期望和实现一致性对联盟稳定性的影响机制,揭示了利益冲突风险和联盟运行规范在联盟目标期望和实现一致性与联盟沟通间的边界条件,弥补了以往研究仅从单一因素研究联盟稳定性的缺口,丰富了联盟稳定性相关的文献研究;实践上,本研究为企业家和联盟管理部门维持联盟稳定性提供了新的管理思路。The High-tech Industry Alliance is not only an effective way to exchange resources and share knowledge to enhance corporate innovation output,but also the main way for the country to implement open innovation and realize industrial transformation and upgrading.However,the innovation output of the High-tech Industry Alliance is relatively low and the alliance may become unstable.How to improve the stability of the High-tech Industry Alliance,promote efficient transformation of the innovation output,and improve the national open innovation level has gained increasing attention by both researchers and practitioners.This study explores the matching effects of alliance goal aspiration and alliance goal achievement on alliance stability,the mediating effect of alliance communication and the moderating effect of alliance operating risk and alliance operating specification with the data of 318 high-tech enterprises in 56 industry alliances.The result shows:(1)The congruence of alliance goal aspiration and alliance goal achievement leads to the higher level of alliance communication;(2)Congruence of alliance goal aspiration and alliance goal achievement at high level is associated with higher alliance communication than congruence of alliance goal aspiration and alliance goal achievement at a lower level;(3)Alliance communication plays an partial mediating effect between the congruence of alliance goal aspiration and alliance goal achievement and alliance stability.(4)The risk of conflict of interests plays a negative moderating effect between congruence of alliance goal aspiration and alliance goal achievement and alliance communication.And alliance operating specification plays a positive moderating effect between congruence of alliance goal aspiration and alliance goal achievement and alliance communication.Theoretically,this study first clarifies the underlying influential mechanism of how the congruence of alliance goal aspiration and alliance goal achievement affects the alliance stability.Second,it reveals the boun
