高职水手工艺课程从模块化到项目化的思考

摘　　要：随着《国家职业教育改革实施方案》的颁布实施,职业教育进入了改革的深水区,课程的设置、教学组织形式的改革朝着更加系统化、深度化的方向发展。良好的航海船艺对保障航行安全有着至关重要的作用,水手工艺技能作为良好船艺之一,一直被航运企业高度重视。水手工艺课程对水手工艺技能的培养有着至关重要作用,课程模块化教学没能建立好模块间相互的关系性,致使学以致用的成效不佳。基于工作流程的项目化教学设计,能够有效的将知识和技能与工作实际进行贯通,提升课程学以致用成效,以更好地满足企业需求。With the publishing of National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan,vocational education reform has entered into the second phase in which the course setting and teaching organization are expected to be more systematic.Taking Seamanship course as an example,this essay discusses the project-based teaching design of the course,in which the teaching projects are selected and organized according to the real working process.This innovative teaching design can effectively connect knowledge and skills with the real work,so as to improve students’professional skills according to the real job requirement.
