摘  要:逆向解析了某车型A柱下竖板零件材料的化学成分、微观组织和力学性能。结果表明该零件材料的化学成分符合双相钢的成分体系,其微观组织为铁素体和马氏体组成,其中马氏体组织含量较高、细小且均匀分布,在力学性能上其R为675MPa,Rm为1027 MPa,A为10.4%,其硬度为340HV10。应力-应变曲线显示该钢板冲压后无屈服延伸现象。根据上述各项实验测试结果,确定此次分析的汽车零部件材料为980MPa级双相钢。The chemical compositions, microstructure and mechanical properties of the part material of A-pillar lower vertical plate based on a certain car were studied in reverse. The results show that the chemical compositions of the part material conforms to the composition system of dual phase steel, and its microstructure is composed of ferrite and martensite, in which the content of martensite structure is relatively high and fine, and evenly distributed,in terms of mechanical properties,its Ris 675MPa,Rmis 1027MPa, Ais 10.4%, and its hardness is 340HV10. The stress-strain curve reveals that the steel plate there is no yield extension after stamping. Based on the above various experimental test results, it is determined that the automobile parts material of this time analysis is 980MPa grade dual phase steel.
