摘 要:由于油莎豆种皮凹凸不平,导致摩擦力较大、充种效果较差、充种过程中极易堵种等问题。为此,针对油莎豆种子物理特性并结合油莎豆农艺要求研发一种油莎豆窝眼轮式排种器,对窝眼轮式排种器的关键部件进行了参数设计。以型孔角度、窝眼轮转速、型孔数为试验因素,以合格率、漏播率为评价指标,进行了三因素三水平二次正交旋转组合试验,分析排种器的最佳性能参数,并采用多目标优化方法,确定了影响合格指数、漏播指数、重播指数的因素主次顺序为窝眼轮转速、型孔数和型孔角度。最优参数组合为窝眼轮转速21.86r/min、型孔数9.463、型孔角度101.68°,此时合格指数93.4%、漏播指数2.6%、重播指数4.0%。对优化结果进行台架验证试验,结果表明:在型孔角度为100°、窝眼轮转速为22r/min、型孔数为10时,合格率为92.16%,漏播率为3.71%,重播率为4.14%,各项指标均满足农艺要求,优化后取值可靠。Due to the unevenness of the seed coat of the cyperus esculentus,the seed filling effect is poor,and the seed is quickly blocked in the process of seed filling,etc.Because of the physical characteristics of a cyperus esculentus seed and the agronomic requirements,we developed an cyperus esculentus nesting wheel type seed rower and designed the parameters of the critical components of the nesting wheel type seed rower.A three-factor,three-level quadratic orthogonal rotational combination test was conducted to analyze the best performance parameters of the seed rower,using the angle of the typed hole,the speed of the eye wheel and the number of type holes as the test factors and the passing rate and the leakage rate as the evaluation indexes.The multi-objective optimization method was used to determine the main order of the factors affecting the pass index,the miss-sowing index and the reseeding index as the rotational speed of the eye wheel,the number of holes and the angle of the holes.The optimal combination of the parameters was 21.86 r/min for the speed of the eye wheel,9.463 for the number of holes and 101.68°for the hole angle,which resulted in a pass index of 93.4%,a missing index of 2.6%and a reseeding index of 4.0%.The optimized results were tested on a bench test with 100°hole angle,22 r/min hole wheel speed and 10 holes,and the seeding performance of the seeder was 92.16%,3.71%leakage rate and 4.14%reseeding rate.
