摘 要:联合整地机作为一种复合型农业装备,在农业生产中占有重要地位。为了进一步提升整地作业效率,针对联合整地机的伺服传动系统展开优化研究。通过明确其结构组成与作业特点,基于伺服控制机理,搭建合理的传动系统控制模型,进行伺服控制算法优化与核心组件相适应配置后,展开整机作业试验。试验结果表明:经优化后的联合整地机,实现了提高伺服控制与响应精度的目标,整地作业后的土壤均匀性可提升在90%以上,整机工作效率相对提高了9.31%,保持了较好的种子生长环境与有机肥基质,从自动、智能的角度改善农机设备的组成的优化理念,对于智慧农业的发展有很好地推动作用。As a kind of compound agricultural machinery,the united soil preparation machine has strong practicability in China’s agricultural field soil management.In order to further effectively improve the efficiency of soil preparation,the servo drive system of the united soil preparation machine was optimized.By defining its structure composition and operation characteristics,based on the servo control mechanism,a reasonable drive system control model was built,then after optimizing the servo control algorithm and adapting the configuration of the core components,the whole machine operation test was carried.The results showed that the optimized combined soil preparation machine could achieve the goal of improving the servo control and response accuracy,the soil uniformity after soil preparation could be improved by more than 90%,and the working efficiency of the whole machine could be improved by 9.31%,which would be conducive to reducing the number of repeated soil operations,maintaining a better seed growth environment and organic fertilizer matrix.The optimization concept of improving the composition of agricultural machinery and equipment from the perspective of automation and intelligence would play a good role in promoting the implementation and development of the intelligent agriculture.
