摘 要:针对油莎豆收获过程中含土量大、根—块茎—土壤分离困难等问题造成的工作阻力大及土壤破碎率低等技术难题,通过建立油莎豆根系—块茎—土壤离散元模型,进行EDEM仿真试验,研究分析旋耕刀在不同工作参数组合下对油莎豆团聚体破坏状况。以旋耕刀旋转速度、前进速度、工作深度为试验因素,以旋耕刀挖掘阻力和刀轴扭矩为试验指标,进行正交试验,并通过Design-Expert 8.0.6进行数据分析,得出旋耕刀最佳工作参数,即刀轴转速为250r/min、前进速度为0.8m/s、工作深度为118mm。根据优化的结果进行虚拟仿真验证试验,得出最优结果:工作阻力为3478.05N、刀轴扭矩为32.638N·m,研究可为实际油莎豆收获机田间试验提供理论基础。In order to solve the technical problems caused by the large soil content,the difficult root-tuber-soil separation and other problems during the harvesting of cyperus edulis,the large working resistance and the serious deformation of the cutter shaft,a discrete element model of the root system of cyperus edulis was established,a EDEM simulation,analysis rotary blade in different parameter combinations work cyperus esculentus aggregate state of rupture,rotary blade at a rotational speed,forward speed,deep tillage experimental factors to rotary blade knife digging resistance and axle torque test index,orthogonal test data analyzed by Design-Expert 8.0.6,optimum operating parameters rotary blade,blade shaft speed of 250r/min,a forward velocity of 0.8m/s,deep tillage It is 118mm.According to the optimized results,the virtual simulation verification test is carried out,and the optimal results are obtained:the working resistance is 3378.05N,the torque of the cutter shaft is 32.638N·m,which provides a theoretical basis for the actual field test of the sago pea harvester.
