摘 要:为了避免小白菜种子在机械播种过程中受到严重损伤,保证小白菜种子的顺利播种,需要对小白菜种子的压缩特性进行研究,从而为播种机械的相关参数设计提供依据。为此,利用万能试验机,通过单因素分析来获得小白菜种子直径、含水率以及加载速度对种子压缩载荷最大值的影响规律,并通过响应面法的正交试验来获得3个因素之间的交互影响及小白菜种子的最佳参数组合。试验结果表明:当直径为1.90mm、含水率为3.01%、加载速度为2.47mm/min时,小白菜种子压缩载荷最大值达到最优为21.79 N,且预测力值与实际力值之间具有很好的拟合性。In order to better avoid the serious damage of Chinese pakchoi seeds during mechanical sowing and ensure the smooth sowing of Chinese cabbage seeds,it is necessary to study the compression characteristics of Chinese pakchoi seeds,so as to provide the basis for the design of relevant parameters of sowing machinery.In this paper,the effects of seed diameter,moisture content and loading speed on the maximum compressive load of pakchoi seeds were obtained by single factor analysis using universal testing machine.Then,through the orthogonal experiment of response surface method,the interaction among the three factors and the optimal parameter combination of pakchoi seeds were obtained.The experimental results show that when the diameter is 1.90mm,the water content is 3.01%,and the loading speed is 2.47 mm/min,the maximum compressive load of pakchoi seeds is 21.79N.There is a good fit between the predicted force value and the actual force value.
