摘  要:利用捏合机进行羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)的合成实验,通过改变碱化时间、醚化温度、碱水比例,来考察对样品黏度、形貌特征的影响。对合成后的CMC-Na样品进行XRD、FT-IR、SEM等一系列表征测试,与现市场高黏度CMC-Na-HV进行对比分析。结果表明,捏合机辅助合成的CMC-Na产品的形貌特征、产生的羧甲基官能团与市场对比大致相同,证明合成为羧甲基纤维素钠。The kneading machine was used to synthesis sodium carboxymethyl cellul-ose.The effects of alkalization time,etherification temperature and alkali water ratio on the viscosity and morphology of the synthesized CMC-Na were observed.The synthesized CMC-Na samples were characterized by XRD,FT-IR and SEM.The results showed that the morphology and carboxymethyl functional groups of the synthesized CMC-Na were similar to commodity CMC-Na,which proved that the synthesized CMC-Na was sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.
