摘　　要：预警信息精准有效发布是重要的突发公共事件服务工作,对于灾害防控有着积极作用。做好突发公共事件预警信息发布工作,不断提升突发公共事件预警信息的传播效果,能够确保收集和分析到的突发公共事件灾害信息及时传递到人民群众手中,降低突发公共事件灾害给社会和群众造成的危害与损失,避免突发公共事件灾害带来的负面作用,有效提升针对突发公共事件灾害的应急处理能力。基于此,文章简要分析了突发公共事件预警信息传播现状,提出了预警信息精准有效发布技术的研究课题。Accurate and effective release of early warning information is an important public emergency service work,which plays a positive role in disaster prevention and control.To do a good job of public emergency early warning information release,improving communication effect of public emergency early warning information,to ensure the collection and analysis of public emergency disaster information can be timely and into the hands of the masses of the people,reduce the public emergency disaster to the society and the masses,the damage and loss to avoid secondary public emergency disaster brings negative effect,We will effectively improve our ability to respond to public emergencies and disasters.Based on this,this paper briefly analyzes the current situation of early warning information dissemination of public emergencies,and puts forward the research of accurate and effective release technology of early warning information.
