挪威红牛与荷斯坦牛杂交效果的比较分析

摘　　要：为了解挪威红牛与荷斯坦牛杂交改良效果,对比分析了以挪威红牛为父本冷配荷斯坦牛的杂交1代与荷斯坦牛泌乳性能和繁殖性能的差异。通过对纯繁组和杂交组亲代、子一代产奶量、乳成分、体细胞等数据的统计与分析,结果表明,挪威红牛与荷斯坦牛的杂交1代在乳蛋白率、头胎产犊月龄方面,显著优于荷斯坦牛(P<0.05),体细胞数显著低于荷斯坦牛(P<0.05);乳脂率和繁殖性能优于荷斯坦牛,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。In order to understand the genetic improvement effect of the crossbreeding system between Norwegian Red(NR)and Holstein(HOL)dairy cattle.In the study,the milking performance and fertility performance of NR×HOL crossbred F1 were compared with purebred HOL were analyzed.The data of milk yield,milk composition,somatic cell count and urea nitrogen were analyzed.The results showed that NR×HOL F1 was significantly better than purebred Holstein in terms of milk protein percentage and first calving age(P<0.05).Additionally,somatic cell count was significantly lower than that of Holstein(P<0.05).Milk fat percentage and fertility performance were better than those of Holstein,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Comprehensive analysis showed that the overall performance of Norwegian Red and Holstein crossed cattle is slightly better than that of Holstein cattle.
