摘 要:以4GXJ-2型电动割胶刀与胶工肢体接触的2种割胶模式产生的振动作为研究对象,参照ISO 5349:2001与GB/T 14790.1-2009标准,对电动割胶刀的手传振动进行测量、分析与评估,并通过数值模拟对传动结构的动态特性进行分析。研究结果表明:电动割胶刀的日振动暴露量A(8)处于我国标准范围(≤3.5 m/s~2),推刀和拉刀2种割胶方式须分别经过5.4~6.1 y、9.3~10.9 y后,10%以上的人群才有可能出现振动性白指,因此建议使用以拉刀模式为主的割胶作业。基于有限元法获取割胶刀壳体模态特性情况,验证了设计合理性。分析与试验的结果可为往复式电动割胶刀的结构件优化设计、振动抑制及安全生产评价提供参考与理论依据。The vibration produced by the two tapping modes of the 4GXJ-2 electric rubber tapping knife in contact with the rubber worker’s limbs is used as the research object.Refer to ISO 5349:2001 and GB/T 14790 standards to measure,analyze and evaluate the hand-transmitted vibration of the electric rubber tapping knife,and analyze the dynamic characteristics of the transmission structure through numerical simulation.The research results show that the daily vibration exposure A(8)of the electric rubber tapping knife is within the range of China’s standard(≤3.5 m/s~2),and more than 10%of the population is likely to have vibration white fingers after adopting the tapping modes of push knife and broach 5.4~6.1 y and 9.3~10.9 y respectively,so it is recommended to use the broach mode as the main tapping operation.The modal characteristics of the tapping knife shell are obtained based on the finite element method,which verifies the rationality of the design.The analysis and test results can provide reference value and theoretical basis for the optimization design,vibration suppression and safety production evaluation of the structural parts of the reciprocating electric rubber tapping knife.
