摘　　要：实现乡村振兴要求构建人民满意的乡村治理共同体。在马克思主义共同体理论指导下,理解乡村治理共同体需要重视利益与价值的统一,深入挖掘主体动因,引入利益视角,关注新时代发展要求下的农民如何得以主动参与乡村治理共同体构建,同时需要从组织制度层面回应共同体的持续运行命题。基于“组织结构—利益激励—行动协同”的分析框架,村级组织是共同体的重要载体,利益的激励与聚合是共同体的重要动源,农民从利益和价值层面达成集体行动,构筑起乡村治理共同体。通过对武汉市星光村的案例研究发现:利益激励机制解决共同体建构的动力问题,党建引领机制解决共同体的维系问题,在两者统合基础上实现行动协同,并推动共同体向更高形态发展。The realization of rural revitalization requires the construction of a community of rural governance satisfactory to the people.Under the guidance of Marxist community theory,it is necessary to understand the community of rural governance by emphasizing the unity of interests and values,delving deeper into the subject’s motivation,introducing the perspective of interests,and focusing on how farmers can actively participate in the construction of rural governance community under the development requirements of the new era,and at the same time need to respond to the proposition of sustainable operation of the community from the organizational system level.Based on the analysis framework of“organizational structure-interest incentive-action synergy”,the village organization is an essential carrier of the community,and the incentive and aggregation of interests are important community motives.Farmers’collective actions at the level of interests and values form the community.The case study of Wuhan Xingguang Village shows that the incentive mechanism of interest solves the motivation problem of community construction,and the leading mechanism of party construction solves the community’s maintenance problem.The two mechanisms are combined to achieve action synergy and to promote community development to a higher level.
