新型国产蛋白酶在洗衣粉中的应用研究

摘　　要：使用浓度、洗涤温度、水质硬度、洗涤时间、稳定性、不同配方等几个不同应用条件的比较,考察了新型国产蛋白酶与目前通用蛋白酶在洗衣粉中的去污性能差异,证实了通过配方体系的调整,国产新型蛋白酶可以在洗衣粉推广应用,提高产品性价比。Through the comparison of several different application conditions such as concentration,washing temperature,water hardness,washing time,stability,and different formulations,the decontamination performance differences between the new domestic protease and the current general protease in washing powder were investigated.It is confirmed that the new domestic protease can be popularized and applied in washing powder through the adjustment of the formula system,and the cost performance of the product can be improved.
