摘 要:以精密天平作为安培力测定工具的安培力测量仪,存在天平显示屏太小,且不能直接显示安培力大小等问题,需手工将天平测量数据录入电脑后,再用相关软件计算安培力,并绘制曲线,过程繁琐且效率低,不利于课堂教学演示.针对这一问题,提出一种基于单片机控制的电子安培力演示仪.该演示仪以STM32单片机为主控芯片,FA2104为电子分析天平测量传感器,借助RS232串口将电子天平的测量数据自动上传至单片机,通过编程计算后将安培力大小直接显示到3.5寸TFT LCD屏上.同时,增加程控电流源功能,用按键的方式通过单片机控制调节电流大小,实时记录对应的安培力的变化,从而自动绘制安培力与电流之间的关系曲线.在实际实验教学的应用表明,该设备精度高,演示效果良好,曲线易于观察,提升了学生参与实验的覆盖面,有效的激发学生兴趣,课堂效率提升显著.In view of the problems that the ampere force measuring instrument using precision balance as ampere force measuring tool has long been blamed for its display screen being too small and its inability to display the magnitude of the force, so data recording needs to be input manually into computer for calculation, which is cumbersome and inefficient, and is not conducive to classroom teaching demonstration. Thus an electronic ampere force demonstration instrument based on single chip microcomputer control is designed. The demonstrator uses STM32 as the main control chip, FA2104 as the measurement sensor of electronic analytical balance, and by use of RS232 the data measured by electric balance is automatically sent to single chip machine, after programming and calculation, the results are displayed on the 3.5-inch TFT LCD screen. At the same time, programmable current source feature is added and by means of pressing a button to control the magnitude of the electric current, the recording of the change in ampere force is done in a real time manner, thus to automatically draw the relationship curve between ampere force and current. The practical application results of the equipment in the actual experimental teaching show that the equipment is of high precision, good demonstration effect, convenient for students to observe and study, which can effectively stimulates students’ interest, improves student participation and drastically elevates classroom teaching efficiency.
