摘 要:目的探讨广元地区0~14岁儿童血清25-羟维生素D[25-(OH)D]浓度情况。方法2019年1月至2020年6月在广元地区随机抽取1767名0~14岁儿童作为研究对象,采用液相串联质谱法检测血清25-(OH)D浓度。结果1767名受试儿童血清25-(OH)D中毒占比为0.28%,充足占比为42.73%,不足占比为39.39%,缺乏占比为17.60%;性别与血清25-(OH)D浓度及维生素D(VitD)营养状况无关(P>0.05);学龄期组的VitD缺乏及不足构成占比高于学龄前组和婴幼儿组,春季、夏季及秋季均高于冬季(P<0.05);消瘦组的血清25-(OH)D浓度低于肥胖组(P<0.05)。结论广元地区0~14岁儿童VitD不足情况较为普遍,特别是学龄期轻体重儿童,要注意在冬季补充VitD。Objective To investigate the concentration of s erum 25-hydroxy vitamin D[25-(OH)D]in children aged 0-14 years old in Guangyuan area.Methods A total of 1767 children aged 0-14 years old were randomly selected as research subjects from January 2019 to June 2020 in Guangyuan area.The serum 25-(OH)D concentration was detected by liquid tandem mass spectrometry.Results The concentration of 25-(OH)D poisoning rate accounted for 0.28%,the sufficiency accounted for 42.73%,the insufficiency accounted for 39.39%,and the deficiency accounted for 17.60%.Gender was not associated with serum 25-(OH)D concentration and vitamin D(VitD)nutritional status(P>0.05).The proportion of deficiency and insufficiency of VitD in the school-age group was higher than that in the preschool group and the infant group,the proportion of spring,summer and autumn was higher than that in winter(P<0.05).The serum 25-(OH)D concentration in the thinner group was lower than that in the obese group(P<0.05).Conclusion VitD deficiency is common in children aged 0-14 years old in Guangyuan area,especially in school-age children of light weight,who should pay attention to VitD supp lement VitD in winter.
