白介素-6、血管内皮生长因子在宫腔粘连患者血清中表达的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔粘连患者血清中白介素-6(IL-6)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达在临床中的意义。方法收集江苏省泰州市人民医院2021年6月至2022年6月病理确诊为宫腔粘连的130例患者为实验组,其中轻度粘连组50例,中度粘连组43例,重度粘连组37例。因原发性不孕行宫腔镜检查但子宫内膜无异常病变的患者50例为对照组,术前抽取清晨血应用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清中IL-6、VEGF值。结果实验组血清中IL-6、VEGF表达量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);IL-6、VEGF血清中的表达与粘连严重程度呈正相关,IL-6与VEGF具有正相关性(P<0.001)。结论IL-6、VEGF与宫腔粘连的形成与发展有关且表达程度与严重程度呈正相关。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of interleukin-6(IL-6)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in serum of patients with intrauterine adhesions.Methods A total of 130 patients with intrauterine adhesions confirmed by pathological results in Jiangsu Taizhou People’s Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were collected as the experimental group,there were 50 cases in mild adhesion group,43 cases in moderate adhesion group and 37 cases in severe adhesion group.The control group consisted of 50 normal patients who underwent hysteroscopy due to infertility but had no endometrial abnormalities.Early morning blood was extracted before operation,IL-6 and VEGF in serum were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Results The serum levels of IL-6 and VEGF in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The expression of IL-6 and VEGF in serum was positively correlated with adhesion degree and there was a positive correlation between IL-6 and VEGF(P<0.001).Conclusion IL-6 and VEGF are involved in the formation and development of intrauterine adhesion and the expression level is positively correlated with the degree of adhesions.
